Role OverviewAs a Private Lacrosse Coach, you will work as an independent contractor, coaching lacrosse on your own schedule. You will be responsible for your own coaching methods, business expenses, taxes, scheduling, and professional conduct. STXZ will handle client acquisition, matching, and payment processing.
What You Will Do
You will coach lacrosse lessons on your schedule, with the potential to earn up to $50 per lesson. You will contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and run the session your way. You will submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session and get paid.

Requirements

- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
