Role OverviewAs a Private Lacrosse Coach, you will work as an independent contractor, running your own coaching business, and connecting with local families through the STXZ platform. You will be responsible for your own coaching methods, business expenses, taxes, scheduling, and professional conduct. STXZ will handle client acquisition, matching, payment processing, billing, refunds, and disputes.
What You Will Do
You will coach lacrosse lessons on your schedule, set your own rates, and work with local clients. You will be responsible for contacting clients, agreeing on schedule and location, and running the session your way. You will also submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session.
