Coaches operate as 1099 independent contractors, running their own independent coaching business, with STXZ handling client acquisition, matching, payment processing, billing, refunds, disputes, and platform-level liability coverage.
What You Will Do
Coaches will contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and run sessions their way, with drills, pacing, and structure all their professional judgment. Coaches will submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after each session and get paid.

Requirements
