Role OverviewWe're hiring experienced lacrosse coaches to join our platform. You'll operate as an independent contractor, running your own coaching business and working on your own schedule. We'll handle client acquisition, matching, and payment processing, leaving you to focus on coaching.
What You Will Do
You'll receive client offers through our platform, contact clients directly, and agree on schedules and locations. You'll run sessions your way, using your own drills and methods. After each session, you'll submit a brief lesson report and get paid.

Requirements
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
