Role OverviewAs a Private Lacrosse Coach, you will work as an independent contractor, running your own coaching business, with STXZ providing local clients and handling administrative work. You will have control over your schedule, clients, methods, and territory.
What You Will Do
You will coach lacrosse lessons on your schedule, with clients provided by STXZ. You will contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and run the session your way. You will submit a lesson briefing on the platform after the session and get paid.

Requirements
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience

- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
