Role OverviewAs a Private Lacrosse Coach, you will operate as an independent contractor, coaching lacrosse on your own schedule and terms. You will be responsible for your own coaching methods, business expenses, and taxes. STXZ will handle client acquisition, matching, and payment processing.
What You Will Do
You will coach lacrosse lessons to clients in your area, set your own schedule, and work on your own terms. You will be responsible for contacting clients, agreeing on schedule and location, and submitting a lesson briefing on the platform after each session.

Requirements
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience

- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
