Role OverviewSTXZ is hiring experienced lacrosse coaches to join the nation's #1 private lacrosse training marketplace. You run your own independent coaching business, and we bring you local clients. You operate as a 1099 independent contractor, a business owner, not an employee.
What You Will Do
You will coach lacrosse on your schedule, contact clients directly, and agree on schedule and location. You will run the session your way and submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session.

Requirements
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
