Role OverviewSTXZ is hiring experienced lacrosse coaches to join the nation's #1 private lacrosse training marketplace. You run your own independent coaching business, we bring you local clients.
What You Will Do
You will operate as a 1099 independent contractor, a business owner, not an employee. You will receive client offers, contact the client directly, and agree on schedule and location. You will run the session your way and submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session.

You will earn up to $50 per lesson, have control over your schedule, clients, methods, territory, and business. You will also have liability coverage and fast payouts.
Requirements
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
