Role OverviewSTXZ is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches across the United States. You run your own independent coaching business, and we bring you local clients. You operate as a 1099 independent contractor, a business owner, not an employee.
What You Will Do
You will coach lacrosse on your schedule, run your own sessions, and submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after each session. You will get paid via PayPal fast, and you're paid only for completed sessions you brief.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will have control over your schedule, clients, methods, territory, and business. You will earn up to $50 per lesson, and you will have the opportunity to work independently with families and youth athletes.
Requirements
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
