Role OverviewSTXZ is hiring experienced lacrosse coaches to join the nation's #1 private lacrosse training marketplace. You run your own independent coaching business, and we bring you local clients. You operate as a 1099 independent contractor, a business owner, not an employee.
What You Will Do
You will coach lacrosse on your schedule, set your own rates, and work with local clients. You will contact the client directly, agree on schedule and location, and run the session your way. You will submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session and get paid.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will have control over your schedule, clients, methods, and territory. You will earn a flat per-lesson rate of $35–$50 per 1-hour session, with fast payouts of 24–48 hours after submitting your lesson briefing.
Requirements
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
