Role OverviewAs a Private Lacrosse Coach, you will operate as an independent contractor, working on your own schedule and terms. You will be responsible for coaching lacrosse lessons to clients in your area, with STXZ handling client acquisition, matching, and payment processing.
What You Will Do
You will contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and run the session your way. You will submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session and get paid.

Requirements
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
