Role OverviewSTXZ is hiring experienced lacrosse coaches to join the nation's #1 private lacrosse training marketplace. You run your own independent coaching business, we bring you local clients. You operate as a 1099 independent contractor, a business owner, not an employee.
What You Will Do
You will coach lacrosse on your schedule, run your own sessions, and submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session. You get paid $35-$50 per 1-hour session.

Requirements
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area

- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
