Private Lacrosse Coach

As a Private Lacrosse Coach, you will operate as an independent contractor, working on your own schedule and terms. You will be responsible for coaching lacrosse lessons to clients in your area, with STXZ handling client acquisition, matching, payment processing, and liability coverage.

What You Will Do

You will coach lacrosse lessons to clients in your area, using your own methods and equipment. You will submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after each session and get paid via PayPal. You will have control over your schedule, clients, methods, and territory.

Requirements

• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
