Private Lacrosse Coach

As a Private Lacrosse Coach, you will operate as an independent contractor, coaching lacrosse on your own schedule and terms. You will work with local clients, set your own rates, and manage your own business. STXZ will handle client acquisition, matching, and payment processing.

What You Will Do

You will coach lacrosse lessons to clients in your area, set your own schedule, and work independently. You will be responsible for your own coaching methods, business expenses, and taxes. You will submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after each session and get paid via PayPal.

Requirements

• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
