What You Will Do
Coach lacrosse sessions on your own schedule, using your professional judgment on drills, pacing, and structure. You will contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after each session.

Requirements
- Lacrosse experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Own stick and basic training equipment: cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
