We send you clients in your area, handle the administrative work, and get out of your way so you can coach.
What You Will Do
Run private lacrosse sessions with clients in your area, on your own schedule. You will contact the client directly, agree on schedule and location, and run the session your way.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This is a flexible coaching opportunity with a flat per-lesson rate of $35 to $50 per hour, paid via PayPal. You will have control over your schedule, methods, territory, and approach.
Requirements
- Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check, arranged by STXZ
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Your own stick and basic training equipment: cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
