What You Will Do
Run sessions with clients, contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session.

Requirements
- Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level
- Playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Own stick and basic training equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
Benefits
- Pay $35 to $50 per one-hour session
- Paid per completed session
- Payout within 24 to 48 hours after submitting lesson briefing
