What You Will Do
Coach lacrosse sessions, contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, run sessions your way, submit lesson briefings on the platform.

You have lacrosse experience and want coaching work on a flexible schedule. You are willing to complete a third-party background check, have reliable transportation, and own a lacrosse stick and basic training equipment.
Requirements
- Lacrosse experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Your own stick and basic training equipment: cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
Benefits
- Pay $35 to $50 per one-hour session, paid as a flat per-lesson rate
- Payout within 24 to 48 hours after submitting lesson briefing via PayPal
- 1099-NEC issued at year end if you earn $2,000 or more through the platform
- Liability coverage program for sessions booked through STXZ ($30 per year)
