What You Will Do
You will contact the client directly, agree on schedule and location, run the session your way, and submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session.

This is a flexible coaching opportunity with a flat per-lesson rate of $35 to $50 per hour, paid via PayPal within 24 to 48 hours after submitting the lesson briefing.
Requirements
- Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Your own stick and basic training equipment: cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
