What You Will Do
Run lacrosse sessions with clients, agreeing on schedule and location, and submitting a lesson briefing on the platform after each session.

Requirements
- Lacrosse coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level

- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations
- Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
