Role OverviewSTXZ Lacrosse connects families with independent lacrosse coaches. Coaches work on a flexible schedule, with no quotas or pressure, and are paid per one-hour session.
What You Will Do
Coach lacrosse on your own schedule, with clients sent by STXZ. You review client offers, contact clients directly, and agree on schedule and location. You run the session your way, and submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session.

Requirements
- Lacrosse experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations
- Own stick and basic training equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
Benefits
- $35 to $50 per one-hour session

- 1099-NEC issued at year end if earning $2,000 or more
