Role OverviewSTXZ Lacrosse is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches. Coaches work on a flexible schedule, with clients sent by STXZ, and are responsible for their own coaching methods, taxes, and scheduling.
What You Will Do
Coach lacrosse on a flexible schedule, with clients sent by STXZ. You will contact the client directly, agree on schedule and location, and run the session your way.

Requirements
- Lacrosse experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check, arranged by STXZ
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Your own stick and basic training equipment: cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
