What You Will Do
Run private lacrosse sessions with clients in your area, set by your own schedule and location. You will be responsible for coaching, drills, and structure.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will be paid $35 to $50 per one-hour session, with a flat per-lesson rate set by STXZ. You will also have flexibility in your schedule and ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level
- Playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations
- Own stick and basic training equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
