What You Will Do
Accept client offers, contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, run sessions, and submit lesson briefings.

Requirements
- Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level
- Playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations
- Own stick and basic training equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
Benefits
- Paid per completed session ($35 to $50 per hour)

- 1099-NEC issued at year end if earning $2,000 or more
