Role OverviewSTXZ Lacrosse is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches. Coaches work on a flexible schedule, reviewing client offers and deciding whether to take them. Coaches are responsible for their own coaching methods, taxes, and scheduling.
What You Will Do
Coach lacrosse on your own schedule, contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, run the session your way, submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform, and get paid.

This role is for experienced lacrosse coaches who want flexible coaching work, with no quotas, pressure, or penalty for declining. Coaches earn $35 to $50 per one-hour session, paid as a flat per-lesson rate.
Requirements
- Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations
- Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
