What You Will Do
Run private lacrosse sessions with clients in your area, on your own schedule. You contact the client directly, agree on schedule and location, and run the session your way.

Requirements
- Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Your own stick and basic training equipment: cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
