Role OverviewSTXZ Lacrosse is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches. Coaches work on a flexible schedule, receiving client offers and running sessions as they see fit.
What You Will Do
Coach lacrosse on your own schedule, working with clients in the Indianapolis area. You will contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and run the session your way.

Requirements
- Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations
- Own stick and basic training equipment
Benefits
- Pay $35 to $50 per one-hour session
- Payout within 24 to 48 hours after submitting lesson briefing
- 1099-NEC issued at year end if earning $2,000 or more
