What You Will Do
Run private lacrosse sessions with clients, set your own schedule, and decide on drills, pacing, and structure.

Requirements
- Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check, arranged by STXZ
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Your own stick and basic training equipment: cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
Benefits
- Earn $35 to $50 per one-hour session
- Paid per completed session, with payout within 24 to 48 hours after submitting a lesson briefing
- 1099-NEC issued at year end if earning $2,000 or more through the platform
- Liability coverage program for sessions booked through STXZ, with a $30 per year fee
