What You Will Do
Run private lacrosse lessons with clients in your area, setting your own schedule and methods. You will contact clients directly, agree on session details, and submit a lesson briefing after each session.

Requirements
- Lacrosse experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations
- Own stick and basic training equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
