Requirements
- Lacrosse coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level
- Playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- Age 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations
- Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment
- Strong communication skills with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
