Role OverviewSTXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches to work on a flexible schedule in the Eldersburg area. Coaches will be responsible for running sessions with clients, with STXZ handling client acquisition and payment processing.
What You Will Do
As a private lacrosse coach, you will contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and run sessions your way. You will also submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after each session.

Requirements
- Lacrosse coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level
- Playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations
- Own stick and basic training equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
