What You Will Do
Run private lacrosse sessions with clients in your area, on your own schedule, with the flexibility to choose your own drills, pacing, and structure.

Requirements
- Lacrosse experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
Benefits
- Pay $35 to $50 per one-hour session, paid as a flat per-lesson rate
