Role OverviewSTXZ Lacrosse is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches. Coaches work on a flexible schedule, and the platform handles client acquisition, matching, payment processing, billing, and liability coverage.
What You Will Do
Coach lacrosse on your own schedule, review client offers, contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, run the session your way, submit a lesson briefing, and get paid.

Requirements
- Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level
- Playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations
- Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
