Role OverviewSTXZ Lacrosse is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches. Coaches work on a flexible schedule, receiving client offers and running sessions as they see fit.
What You Will Do
You will contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and run sessions as your professional judgment dictates. You will submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after each session and get paid.

Requirements
- Lacrosse experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations
- Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
