Role OverviewSTXZ Lacrosse is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches. Coaches work on a flexible schedule, coaching clients in their area, and are responsible for their own coaching methods, taxes, and scheduling.
What You Will Do
Coach lacrosse on your own schedule in Dighton, Massachusetts. You will contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and run the session your way. You will submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session and get paid.

Requirements
- Lacrosse coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations
- Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
