What You Will Do
Coach lacrosse sessions on a flexible schedule, with clients provided by STXZ. You will contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and run the session your way.

This role is for lacrosse coaches with experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level. You will be responsible for your own coaching methods, taxes, and scheduling.
Requirements
- Lacrosse coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level
- Playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations
- Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
