Role OverviewSTXZ Lacrosse is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches. Coaches work on a flexible schedule, coaching clients in their area, and are paid a flat rate per session.
What You Will Do
Coach lacrosse on your own schedule, with clients provided by STXZ. You will contact clients, agree on schedule and location, and run the session your way.

Requirements
- Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations
- Own stick and basic training equipment: cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
Benefits
- Pay $35 to $50 per one-hour session
- Payout within 24 to 48 hours after submitting lesson briefing
- 1099-NEC issued at year end if earning $2,000 or more
