Role OverviewSTXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches to work on a flexible schedule, connecting families with coaches across the United States. Coaches will be responsible for running sessions with clients, with STXZ handling client acquisition and payment processing.
What You Will Do
As a private lacrosse coach, you will contact clients directly, agree on schedule and location, and run the session your way. You will submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session and get paid.

Requirements
- Lacrosse experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations
- Own stick and basic training equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
Benefits
- Pay $35 to $50 per one-hour session
- Payout within 24 to 48 hours after submitting lesson briefing
- 1099-NEC issued at year end if earning $2,000 or more
