What You Will Do
Coach lacrosse sessions on a flexible schedule, with clients provided by STXZ, and receive payment for each completed session.

Requirements
- Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level
- 18 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a third-party background check
- Reliable transportation to training locations
- Own stick and basic training equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
