Role OverviewJoin an Award-Winning team at National Enterprise Systems as a Private Student Loan Collector. This is a remote position for driven, results-oriented professionals with a minimum of 2 years of experience collecting on private student loan accounts.
What You Will Do
Contact individuals by phone to discuss and resolve past-due accounts, use negotiation and customer service skills to find creative payment solutions, and maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and outcomes.

Requirements
