Prize Analyst

Requirements

• Logs and records incoming prize claim mail into the GLC's mail logging system.
• Processes mail-in prize claims and prize claims received from GLC district offices.
• Validates and processes prize winners up to established thresholds at GLC Headquarters.
• Ensures appropriate prize claims are reviewed for legally mandated collection of debt owed to other participating state agencies (debt setoff).
• Handles prize related security issues, such as receipt of damaged, blocked, and altered tickets.
