Role OverviewCastalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level PRK All-Source Analyst to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities. The successful candidate will use their specialized functional experience and attention to detail to produce strategic-level assessments and products addressing the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation, and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

The qualified candidate will perform duties and responsibilities such as providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements, producing strategic-level assessments and products, and providing comprehensive production under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, as well as experience in defense industries analysis and knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
- Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
- Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
