PRN Direct Support Professionals provide important staffing support by picking up available shifts based on organizational needs. What You Will Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you will support individuals with daily living activities, assist with self-administration of medications, learn each individual's unique abilities, preferences, interests, goals, and support needs, and encourage independence by helping individuals make choices and build skills.

Requirements
- No previous direct support experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills necessary to complete required documentation
- Current driver's license and proof of insurance required
- Ability to perform physical activities associated with the role, including bending, kneeling, and stooping
- Ability to assist with lifting or use mechanical lifts when required to support an individual's needs
