Job Description
Responsible for the proper care and handling of surgical instruments, including cleaning, decontamination, and sterilization. Maintains a clean and safe environment and responds to problem calls from the Operating Room.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • BLS certification
  • Current national certification as a SPD Technician, Certified Registered Central Service Technician or Surgical Instrument Processor
  • Relevant experience with sterilizing instruments
