PRN Occupational Therapist

Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities. The PRN Occupational Therapist will provide exemplary patient care, build effective rehab programs, and be part of a dynamic and clinically driven team.

What You Will Do

Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders. Provide skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist
• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy
• Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)
