Job Description
The Patient Care Technician III (PCT III) role is responsible for ensuring the patient has an exceptional patient care experience while in our center by meeting all patient needs. The PCT III will assist the technologist through smooth patient transitions and continuously engaging with the patient on exam expectations and wait times.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One plus year of administrative experience in a healthcare environment - radiology preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
  • Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
  • Ability to continuously 'exceed' company and customer expectation
