Job Description

You will supervise and direct support personnel, and maintain accurate records of all drug transactions.

Requirements

  • Prepares and dispenses medication orders per physician request
  • Interprets medication orders
  • Maintains accurate, complete patient medication profiles
  • Compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals accurately
  • Ensures safe, appropriate, cost effective medication therapies for patients
  • Monitors drug therapy regiments for contraindications, drug-drug interactions, drug-food interactions, allergies, and appropriateness of drug and dose
