Role OverviewWe are seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide intermittent skilled nursing visits in the Elkhart/Goshen area, with the ability to assist with visits in South Bend when needed.
What You Will Do
Provide intermittent skilled nursing visits in patients' homes, complete nursing assessments, and monitor changes in patient condition.

Requirements
- Active Indiana RN or LPN license in good standing
- RN preferred, particularly for admission visits
- Previous home health, skilled nursing, or geriatric care experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass all required background screenings
Benefits
- $40–$50 per nursing visit through Firefly Home Health
