Job Description
Role Overview

The Procedure Scheduler must schedule office-based and ASC procedures consistent with the patient's diagnosis and procedure request. The role requires excellent customer service skills with patients, employees, and the public.

What You Will Do

Enter notes/special instructions needed for scheduling in the electronic medical record, utilize clinical knowledge to schedule procedures, provide accurate information to patients, and maintain EMR patient case workflow.
