Role OverviewThe Process and Quality Supervisor is responsible for developing and maintaining standardized repair procedures, overseeing quality assurance, and improving efficiency and consistency across all repair operations.
What You Will Do
Create, update, and maintain detailed repair procedures, conduct inspections, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. Develop and monitor quality metrics, train technicians, and analyze repair processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical or engineering discipline
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar position and/or training
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and passport
- Travel domestically and internationally a minimum of up to 30% of the time
